AFRICA 54 BOSSES is a FREE youth focused Entrepreneurship Training and Mentorship Program that guarantees access to start-up finance for 54 communities in 54 countries in Africa.

The project seeks to invest in individuals, businesses, community groups on Enterprise development that foster innovative creative Entrepreneurship that help build long-term sustainability within disadvantaged communities in Africa.

AFRICA 54 SKILLS is a FREE youth focus Vocational Training and Mentorship Program that on our evolutionary artisanship and other lifelong skills programs. The project will build 54 Vocational Centres for 54 communities in 54 countries in Africa.
The gap between the skills of the current workforce and the skills businesses need to achieve their growth plans is widening. Despite rising business confidence equating to more jobs and the growing economies within Africa, organisations are struggling to find the right people to fill these positions.

Young people constitute a growing part of Africa’s overall population. Compared to other regions, Sub-Saharan Africa’s youth population is expected to increase dramatically over the next 40 years. By 2025, one in every four-young people worldwide will be from a Sub-Saharan country.
